To ensure your DTF transfer looks professionally pressed every time, follow these four simple steps.

1. Position Your Design

Take your time and line up your artwork in the desired print area. To ensure your transfer doesn't move while ironing it onto the garment, use our Thermal Heat Tape to secure it.

2. Press

Set your iron to a temperature that matches the fabric you’re using. If the transfer isn’t adhering properly, gradually increase the heat toward the cotton/linen setting -- the hottest option -- while ensuring it won’t damage your garment. Before pressing, place our Silicone Garment Protector over the transfer and apply firm pressure for 20 seconds.

3. Peel Hot After a Few Seconds

With our Ninja Peel Technology, you can peel hot or cool. Wait a few seconds (or more) and peel! If parts of the design are not sticking, lay it back down and press again with added pressure and heat (+15°F).  If unsuccessful, increase heat by 15°F increments until it works. Remember, the great thing about NinjaTransfers is that repeated pressing won't damage the transfer.

4. Final Press & Wash Instructions

Place the parchment paper included or a single layer of t-shirt material over the design and press again for 15 seconds to soften the design, increase durability, and remove shine.

Adult Supervision Required: This product is intended for use by adults or with adult supervision. Children should not handle heat press or iron equipment.

Heat Hazard: Applying DTF transfers involves high temperatures. Only adults should operate heat presses or irons to prevent burns or injury. Always use heat presses and irons according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Work on a stable, flat surface. After pressing, allow both the equipment and the transfer to cool completely before touching or removing.

Choking Hazard: Small pieces may present a choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3 years.

Material Safety: Transfers are made with materials compliant with CPSIA safety standards. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, test a small area before full application.

Proper Use Only: Use DTF transfers only as directed. Misuse may result in injury or damage to surfaces.
