- Great question! Here's how to understand the size chart from the image you shared: - Body Length is measured from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem of the shirt. - Body Width is measured straight across the chest, from one side to the other (not all the way around). So for example: - A Medium (M) shirt has a body length of 26 ½ inches and a body width of 16 ¾ inches (chest width when laid flat). - A 2XL has a body length of 28 ¾ inches and a body width of 20 ¼ inches.
