As a member of Ninja Rewards, your reward level (belt color) is determined by your total spend on orders over a rolling 12-month period. This means we continuously monitor your spending from the past 12 months and place you in the level that corresponds to that total.

Here's how it works:

• White Belt: $0 - $249
• Yellow Belt: $250 - $999
• Blue Belt: $1,000 - $3,999
• Black Belt: > $4,000

Customers earn cash back onevery dollar spent on Transfers. In the White Belt level, they'll earn 2% Cash Back on every $1 spent. The rate increases as customers move up reward levels. For Black Belt, they'll earn 10% Cash back for every $1 spent.

Ninja Cash is not earned on purchases of blanks or heat presses.

You earn cash back on: DTF transfers, PermaStickers™, and DTF supplies. You do not earn cash back on Blanks, Patches, or Printhouse.

You can use your Ninja Cash to purchase: DTF transfers, PermaStickers™, DTF supplies and Blanks. You are unable to use Ninja Cash on Patches and Printhouse

At checkout, your Ninja Cash will be stored in your shopify store credit. You can apply it on any order!

Yes. Ninja Cash expires 6 months after it is earned.

Yes, customers with past purchases have been auto-enrolled into the appropriate reward level based off of their previous orders.

If you decide to return an order or any part of an order, any points that would have been earned from that order or item will be deducted from your reward balance.
