50 points = $1
Customers earn points with every dollar spent. In the White Belt level, they’ll earn 1 point for $1 spent. The rate increases as customers move up reward levels. For Black Belt, they’ll earn 5 points for every $1 spent.
You earn points on: DTF transfers, PermaStickers™, and DTF supplies. You do not earn points on Blanks, Patches, or Printhouse.
You can use points to purchase: DTF transfers, PermaStickers™, DTF supplies and Blanks. You are unable to use points on Patches and Printhouse
At checkout, you will be able to select how many points you want to apply to your order. It will convert your point value into a discount in dollars.
Double point days are limited-time campaigns when you can earn 2x the number of points per dollar spent. We’ll announce these through email ahead of time.
Yes. Reward points expire 6 months after they are earned.
No. Reward codes cannot be stacked with other discount codes or sales.
Yes, customers with past purchases have been auto-enrolled into the appropriate reward level based off of their previous orders.
If you decide to return an order or any part of an order, any points that would have been earned from that order or item will be deducted from your reward balance.

No, Ninja Rewards is free to join. There are no fees to become a member. All you need is to create an account!
As a member of Ninja Rewards, your reward level is determined by your total spend on orders over a rolling 12-month period. This means we continuously monitor your spending from the past 12 months and place you in the level that corresponds to that total.
Here’s how it works:
- White Belt: $0 - $249
- Yellow Belt: $250 - $999
- Blue Belt: $1,000 - $3,999
- Black Belt: > $4,000

While we strive to provide timely notice of modifications, it is also your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.
