Quick Turn-Around

"I had a quick turnaround order come to me. Talked to customer service and ensured my delivery time and all was good to go. Oops, for whatever reason half my order was not going to be here in time, no reason. Called customer service and they saw no reason for the delay but clearly saw it was going to miss the date. An hour after speaking to the rep she phoned me back stating that my order was in production right now for a reprint and would be overnighted immediately. It was! It arrived, perfectly ready for me to press and meet my deadline. Now that’s customer service!!!
