For defective products, you will receive a refund to your original payment method upon approval. If you paid by credit card, we will process the refund within 14 business days after receiving the item. For heat presses that are functioning normally, return shipping is required. The cost of return shipping will vary depending on the product and will be deducted from your refunded purchase price.
