"Although I had some trouble with the website (which could have been the browser I was using), the result was fantastic. The order arrived promptly and the transfers were just what I had asked for. The transfer process was very well explained and worked like a charm! We heat-pressed 20 shirts front and back, and 30 poly bags and didn't mess up a single one! "This product is amazing! I love it. But whoever did the precutting work either needs to be trained, given a slicer, or let go to find a new career. 4 of my smaller images were cut into and therefore did not render the full image ordered. Other than that, the product is amazing! I don't have a heat press, so I used an iron. My suggestion to others doing the same is to iron for 15-20 seconds, let the garment cool, peel back the plastic carefully, and iron again for 15-20 seconds. Viola! All this to say I will be ordering more, but I most likely will not be paying for the items to be pre-cut."
