1. Prepare la transferencia de lentejuelas
Retire con cuidado el reverso de la transferencia, asegurándose de que solo el diseño de lentejuelas permanezca en la lámina adhesiva transparente. Manipule la transferencia con delicadeza para evitar desplazamientos o desalineaciones. Antes de aplicar, verifique que el diseño esté intacto y libre de polvo o residuos para asegurar un prensado suave y uniforme.
2. Coloque la transferencia
Coloque la transferencia con el lado adhesivo hacia abajo sobre la prenda en la ubicación deseada, asegurándose de que esté correctamente alineada. Alise cualquier burbuja o arruga para crear una aplicación uniforme y evitar que se levante durante el prensado. Si es necesario, use cinta resistente al calor para mantener la transferencia firmemente en su lugar. Use nuestro Juego de Reglas de Alineación para una colocación más precisa.
3. Presione
Ajuste la plancha térmica a 300°F - 315°F y aplique una presión media a firme durante 12-15 segundos. Si está utilizando nuestra Cubierta de silicona para plato superior, ajuste su plancha térmica a 330°F.
4. Retire la transferencia
Deje reposar la prenda durante 15-30 segundos, permitiendo que el adhesivo se asiente. Luego, retire con cuidado la hoja portadora mientras aún está tibia, usando un movimiento suave y constante para evitar que se levante. Después de retirar, inspeccione el diseño para asegurarse de que todas las lentejuelas se hayan adherido correctamente para un acabado impecable.

- Do you have DTF that works on metal tumblers?

- What kind of file does my own image send to be?
- You can upload a png, pdf, jpeg, or AI file.
- Can DTF transfers be use on paper napkins, not fabric but paper?
- No, it would need to be fabric. It will most likely burn the napkin.
- Can the transfer be put on hoodies that are 100% cotton on the back?
- Yes! We recommend raising the temperature a bit to compensate for the thickness.. Try pressing at 340-350 and working your way up if you need to!
- What size would you recommend for regular and slim can koozies?
- Probably around 2-3" wide, but your best bet is to measure the koozie so you know the exact dimensions you need.
