Transfers are EXCELLENT
"Received my transfers quickly and with no issue (this was a second order because the first ones turned out so great). I love this company, and am always very pleased with the quality of the transfers and how quickly they arrive after ordering. Not sure I'll order blank shirts again, though. I ordered one each of two different shirts as samples to check the fit and pick which ones we wanted to use. Blanks ship separately from transfers (in the same order), and in the case of my order, each of the two shirts shipped separately from each other, as well. This is not a Ninja Transfers problem, but a carrier problem. Both of our blank shirts were marked delivered by USPS tracking, but we never received them. I reached out to Ninja Transfers, who suggested checking with neighbors to see if they'd been mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. We have no neighbor on the west side of the building, and the three addresses to the east are part of our property, so there were no neighbors to ask. When I explained this, they replied again to say we should check with our mail carrier. They don't arrive at the same time every day, and they pop in and out quickly at the main entrance and I haven't been able to catch them. I've given up and am going to order blanks from another supplier and see if I have better luck. Hate to eat that cost and have to pay again, but it doesn't seem like I have any recourse since it was a delivery issue."
