What is the minimum I can order?

No Minimums! Whether you need 1 or 100,000 we can do itI!

What kind of press do I need?

Any heatpress will work just fine. We recommend setting your heatpress to 300 degress for 15 seconds with medium pressure. You can also use an iron or a cricut to press your transfers.

What sizes are available?

We have sizes from 22" X 2 feet to 24" X 20 feet. We can also do custom sizes.

How do transfers hold up in the wash?

We have vigorously tested our transfers on a variety of garments with washer and dryer tests. The ink will never run off the transfers onto garments and we have had results upto 60 wash tests before degradation.

What are your shipping times?

All orders ship within 24-48 hours. We offer expedited shipping options at checkout.

What file format should my artwork be?

Vector art is always preferred for gang sheets, raster art should be at least 300 dpi. Preferred file types: .AI, .PDF, .EPS

Accepted files types: .JPG, .PNG

How will my transfers arrive?

Your transfers will arrive in either a blue envelope or brown tube depending on size. The package will include parchment paper and pressing instuctions which can also be found on our How to Press page.

What is your refund policy?

We stand behind our work so If you have any issues with your transfers at all Contact Us and we'll be sure to make sure we solve whatever issue you might have.
