"I had a great experience with Ninja Transfers! The ordering process was simple, shipping was fast, and the quality of the transfer and Bella + Canvas shirt exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be ordering from Ninja Transfers again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service. One suggestion for improvement would be to allow customers to update an existing apparel order before it ships. After placing my T-shirt order, I needed to make some changes and add additional shirts, but I had to place a separate order and pay shipping again. It would be great if customers could modify or add to an existing order within a certain timeframe so everything could ship together. Aside from that, my experience was excellent!"

No, you can press directly on the shirt. Doesn't hurt to pre-press your garments though!
