"Everything turned out great except for my 8. 5x11 print which had two issues. First was during the processing on my end, your website asked if I wanted just the black outline or the filler and I selected the outline and it still came with filler but also the other issue was that during your printing, the white neck piece was not where it was located on the file. Not a huge issue because it still looks good but not what I created."

"The transfers were colorful and captured my designs perfectly. However,I I do not own a heat transfer apparatus, so I used an iron, it was difficult to adjust the temp and many transfers didn't stick and lifted off the material when peeling the backing off. Is there a better way of transferring the design?"
