How do I move between belt colors?+
Your belt is based on your total spend over a rolling 12-month period: White Belt $0–$249, Yellow Belt $250–$999, Blue Belt $1,000–$3,999, Black Belt $4,000+. Your level updates automatically as you order.
How is Ninja Cash earned?*+
You earn cash back on every dollar spent on transfers — 2% at White Belt up to 10% at Black Belt. Ninja Cash is not earned on purchases of blanks or heat presses.
What products earn Ninja Cash, and what can it be spent on?+
You earn cash back on DTF transfers, PermaStickers™, and DTF supplies. Blanks, Patches, and Printhouse orders don't earn cash back. Spending is simple: Ninja Cash is store credit, so you can apply it to any order.
How do I redeem my Ninja Cash?+
Your Ninja Cash is stored as Shopify store credit. At checkout, just apply it to any order.
Does Ninja Cash expire?+
Yes. Ninja Cash expires 6 months after it is earned — another good reason to keep pressing.
Will my reward level be based on what I've already spent?+
Yes — customers with past purchases have been auto-enrolled into the appropriate reward level based on their previous orders.
What happens if I return items?+
If you return an order or part of one, the cash back that order would have earned is deducted from your reward balance.
