The part I had to learn was to peel quickly after 5 seconds of transfer. In HTV you peel slowly so that was bit of a nerve wracking but I got it!"

It came a few days later and was EXACTLY what I needed. So thank you for having such great , helpful, and caring people working your customer service. I plan to order 7 more of tbe same design."
