"I ordered two silicone upper blood covers with magnets, and a lower plan cover. My order arrived, missing one set of magnets. When I contacted customer service and informed them of the missing magnets. They immediately sent out replacements. I love the upper blood covers. They work exceedingly well, especially on DTF transfers. I can't be happier with the products are purchased. The only reason why I am giving four stars instead of five is that the order was not shipped properly the first time. However, I look forward to continuing to do business with ninja transfers."
