Please contact us first if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to make things right for our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

By placing your order, you agree to our terms of service and are aware of our shipping, return & refund policy.

REFUNDS & REPRINTS

We have a 45 day refund & reprint policy for transfers and supplies.

All blank apparel must be returned within 30 days of the order date to be eligible for a refund or return.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or reprint. We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue, but not because of a poor quality file. If you'd like a refund or reprint for another reason, it must be approved by management first.

For orders including DTF Transfers or UV DTF PermaStickers, please ensure you followed the design requirements correctly.

Also be sure to check that all details within your shipping address are correct before placing an order. An order confirmation email will be sent after placing an order to confirm all order details.

Note: All blank orders shipped outside of the continental US are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund

Blank Drinkware- All returns must be within 30 days of purchase.

All customers are responsible to pay for shipment of the drinkware with their Order # inside the box to:

Once received and upon approval, we will immediately refund your order.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days:

First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
