Refunds & Reprints
Contact us within 45 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or reprint. We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue. However, we will not issue a reprint if the uploaded file is low quality. If you'd like a refund or reprint for another reason, it must be approved by management first.

"Everything turned out great except for my 8. 5x11 print which had two issues. First was during the processing on my end, your website asked if I wanted just the black outline or the filler and I selected the outline and it still came with filler but also the other issue was that during your printing, the white neck piece was not where it was located on the file. Not a huge issue because it still looks good but not what I created."
