The Heat Press Nation Signature Series Auto-Open Cap Heat Press is a commercial-grade machine designed for serious production. Built with a reinforced solid steel welded framework, this press delivers consistent, high-pressure performance and can handle items up to ½ inch thick. Its improved heating element ensures faster warm-up times, and the auto-open design helps streamline workflow during busy production runs. With a 4" x 9" non-stick coated upper platen and a 3" x 6.5" lower platen, it’s ideal for pressing a wide range of cap styles.

Equipped with digital temperature and timer controls, the press reaches up to 400ºF with a time range of 0 to 999 seconds. It also includes three additional interchangeable platens for added versatility: 2.875" x 7", 3.875" x 7", and 4" x 9". The adjustable pressure clamp and full-range knob offer precise control, while the unit’s compact 21" x 10" footprint fits neatly into most workspaces. Ideal for growing businesses, this press delivers professional results with every use.

  • Upgraded Time/Temperature Gauge: Setting the time, temperature and changing temperature scale from C to F is now easier with the HPN Signature Series. The advanced digital gauge displays temperatures with a 4-degree accuracy range. The automatic timer alarm begins to sound 3 seconds for it reaches zero to prevent overheating of your material.

All Heat Press Nation Signature heat presses ship free in one business day.

For defective products, you will receive a refund to your original payment method upon approval. If you paid by credit card, we will process the refund within 14 business days after receiving the item. Please be aware that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

For heat presses that are functioning normally, return shipping is required. The cost of return shipping will vary depending on the product and will be deducted from your refunded purchase price.
