Pressing Instructions

1. Prepare the Spangle Transfer
Carefully peel off the transfer's backing, ensuring that only the spangle design remains on the clear adhesive sheet. Handle the transfer gently to prevent shifting or misalignment. Before applying, check that the design is intact and free from dust or debris to ensure a smooth and even press.
2. Position the Transfer
Place the transfer adhesive side down onto the garment in your desired location, ensuring it is properly aligned. Smooth out any bubbles or wrinkles to create an even application and prevent lifting during pressing. If necessary, use heat-resistant tape to keep the transfer securely in place. Use our Alignment Ruler Set for more precise placement.
3. Press
Set the heat press to 300°F - 315°F, and apply medium to firm pressure for 12-15 seconds. If you're using our Silicone Upper Platen Cover, set your heat press to 330°F.
4. Peel the Transfer
Allow the garment to sit for 15-30 seconds, giving the adhesive time to set. Then, carefully peel the carrier sheet while it is still warm, using a smooth and steady motion to prevent lifting. After peeling, inspect the design to ensure all spangles have adhered properly for a flawless finish.

Refunds & Reprints
Contact us within 45 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or reprint. We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue. However, we will not issue a reprint if the uploaded file is low quality. If you'd like a refund or reprint for another reason, it must be approved by management first.

Spangle Artwork Requirements
Bold Designs
Spangles work best with vivid, bold artwork. Colors should be loud and contrasting.
Primary Colors
Spangles are optimized for primary colors. Choose up to 3 core colors.
Consider the Details
Small designs may get lost or distorted. Enlarge to preserve small details.
Best Results
- Bold, simple graphics with strong contrast
- Up to 3 solid colors
- Designs 5" or larger
- Text at least 2" tall
- Vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg) or 300 DPI raster art
What Doesn’t Work
- Portraits or photos — realistic images don’t translate to spangles
- Designs under 5" — small artwork loses detail
- Text under 2" tall — will become illegible
- Gradients, shadows, or transparency — spangles are flat and solid only
- Rhinestone or dot-pattern files — vector format required; raster files cannot be processed
- Photos of finished products (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.) — original artwork files only

"Horrible horrible 1st experience with Ninja!!! I wish I didn’t have to give 1 star. Customer service was no help. My design had a typo. Then a space was left on my gang sheet that allowed me to miss out on 50-200 more dollars!!! I just spent 20 minute filling out customer service form and photos would not up load. Also I receive a 30% off coupon for 1st order with the order review email. Are y’all adjusting my 1st order? Make that make sense!!! I need more of my design despite what happed my Juneteenth shirt is a big success and I figured out how to make it work. No thank to CSR. I will research another company to print my reorder gang sheet!!"

"When we received the delivery the transfer was ruined bc it had been shipped with the adhesive side of the transfer unprotected and cardboard from the packaging stuck to it. Even worse my submission to service@ninjatransfers.com requesting replacement or refund has been ignored for over a week. And yet you continue to send trash mail telling me how great you are."

DTF process not that simple
"I bought these DTF for t-shirts to sell at music gigs. I followed the instructions to the letter, using an iron. I found that the decals would lift off the material very easily. I would have to reheat them in spots and them cool them with an ice pack (not in the instructions, which helped. Anyway, they are not that easy to apply. Ninja sent be a new batch, free of charge when I had problems the first time, but the second batch wasn't much better. Good customer service but the product, not great. Ninja thought maybe there was a problem with the adhesive."

- They can be applied by both a heat press, and a household iron.
- I’m needing to upload a design so that I can get them printed so I can put them on multiple T-Shirts for a Cruise party. I will need at the very least. 6’ x 10’ with multiple colors

- Would this work on a novelty large felt tennis ball ?
- We haven't tested that product, unfortunately. My recommendation is to order a free sample pack and test it out!
- I need a 30"×30" transfer decal for the hood of my car, can you do it?
- We don't offer any stickers that can be sized at 30x30.. However, if you're able to split the design into sections and align them up evenly to press, you'll be able to create a gang sheet. Gang sheets are 22" wide and can go up to 30 ft long.
